Benzoic Acid FCC contains maximum 0.7% water and up to 0.0002% lead. Its flash point is 250 degree F, boiling point is 249 degree C and density is 1.08. As effective food preservative, this chemical is used for synthesis of different organic substances. It tends to oxidation and vapor produced by this acid can cause cough and irritation to users.
